Our three-tiered Averill Maintenance Plan allows you to choose a program that suits your needs and budget. We offer Silver, Gold and Platinum Service Plans. All our plans are beneficial, and each level is distinguished by price with the more expensive plans offering even greater benefits.
- Silver Maintenance Plan – The Sliver plan entitles you to a range of benefits including a monthly payment option, system discounts, two tuneups per year, discounts on repairs and no overtime fees.
- Gold Maintenance Plan – The Gold plan includes almost all the features of the Silver plan plus humidifier service, water panel replacement and discounts on diagnostic charges.

You don’t have to sign up for a maintenance plan to receive program benefits.
